In accordance with section 1751 (1) of the Act no. 89\/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the Terms and Conditions of Sale govern mutual rights and obligations of contracting parties resulting from a distance contract of sale concluded between the Seller and another natural person (a consumer, a buyer) at a website, by e-mail or by phone beyond the Buyer\u2019s business activities.<\/p>\n

\nA consumer agreement is a contract of sale if the contracting parties are the Seller at one side and a consumer at the other side. A submitted properly completed demand form at the Seller\u2019s website is a draft contract of sale.
\nThe Seller acknowledges the order receipt to the Buyer. The Seller can verify the order validity by phone. The Seller informs the Buyer of the date when the order is settled. The Contract of Sale is made upon the Seller\u2019s order acknowledgement (acceptance). All the offers for sale at the Seller\u2019s website are not binding, and the Seller is not obliged to make a Contract of Sale for such offered products.
\nBy making the Contract of Sale, the Buyer accepts all the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale valid at the day of the order dispatch, including the ordered product price specified in the confirmed order.<\/p>\n
\nThe price always includes the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Czech Republic. The Consumer that is a VAT payer from any EU country will ask the Seller for a price adjustment individually in the order or by e-mail. The price quoted in the offer remains valid as long as stated on the Seller\u2019s site or when the order settlement is confirmed (with the delivery date specified). The total price includes the price of products, services, bank fees and delivery costs specified at the Seller\u2019s website.
\nPayment for all products according to the Contract of Sale can be effected by bank transfer, using PayPal, collect on delivery or in cash at the Seller\u2019s registered office.
\nA tax document is issued after the purchase price has been paid.
\nWith advance payment, the products are dispatched after the Buyer\u2019s payment has been credited to the Seller\u2019s account. With collect on delivery, the products are dispatched on the second working day after the order acknowledgement (acceptance) at the latest. The customer is informed of the dispatch date of products or services made to order.<\/p>\n
\nThe Seller delivers the ordered products to the consumer via an external carrier (Dachser, Gebr\u00fcder Weiss, PPL, Schenker etc.). In the Czech Republic, the order is delivered within 2 working dates after its acknowledgement (acceptance) at the latest; in the EU countries, it is delivered approximately within 5 working days. Upon takeover of the products from the carrier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the package with the products and to inform the carrier of any defects and to document them by means of photographs. No later complaint regarding the shipment will be taken into consideration.
\nA tax document is sent by the Seller by e-mail. The Seller can send a manual or other product information (assembly video etc.) by e-mail.
\nThe Seller reserves its right to cancel the order or its part prior to making the Contract of Sale, by agreement with the Buyer, in the following cases: the products are not produced or supplied any longer, the price of the products has changed significantly, it is a product of seasonal character or there is a risk of damage due to climatic conditions (frost).<\/p>\n
\nThe Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract of Sale without giving any reason and without any sanction. The announcement of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale must be served to the Seller in a provable way to the address of the Seller\u2019s premises or to the Seller\u2019s e-mail address within fourteen (14) days of the product takeover (web form). The products must be returned to the Seller within 2 working days after dispatch of the withdrawal from the Contract to the Seller. The products returned by the Consumer to the Seller\u2019s address must be undamaged and without any signs of being used (not worn-out), preferably in the original packaging. The procedure of the product return may be arranged with the Seller by e-mail in advance. Along with the returned products, the Buyer will send a copy of the takeover evidence, tax document or order and details for reimbursement \u2013 bank account information. The Seller will deal with the withdrawal from the Contract of Sale within 10 days.
\nIf the Buyer withdraws from the Contract of Sale, it is the Buyer that covers the costs related to the product return to the Seller.
\nIf the returned products are damaged, worn-out or partially consumed, the Seller is entitled to claim damages caused by the Buyer. The Seller will set off its claim to damages against the Buyer\u2019s claim to reimbursement of the purchase price.<\/p>\n
\nIn case of a complaint, the Buyer contacts the Seller and agrees with the Seller on the complaint procedure. The complaints are settled at the Seller\u2019s registered office or directly at the producer\u2019s premises.<\/p>\n
\nAny handling of personal data obtained from a business activity is governed by the Privacy Policy of Systemia s.r.o. within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.<\/p>\n
\nThese Terms and Conditions apply as stated at the Seller\u2019s website at the date when the Contract of Sale is made. It is the Czech version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale that shall apply to any dispute. Disputes are handled in Czech language at the territory of the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n

Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed informuje kupuj\u00edc\u00edho (emailem, telefonicky) o term\u00ednu vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed objedn\u00e1vky. Potvrzen\u00edm (akceptac\u00ed) objedn\u00e1vky prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed k uzav\u0159en\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy. \nMomentem uzav\u0159en\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy kupuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 ve\u0161ker\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed obchodn\u00edch podm\u00ednek ve zn\u011bn\u00ed platn\u00e9m v den odesl\u00e1n\u00ed objedn\u00e1vky v\u010detn\u011b ceny objednan\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed uvedenou v potvrzen\u00e9 objedn\u00e1vce.<\/p>\n
\nCena je v\u017edy uvedena v\u010detn\u011b dan\u011b z p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty (DPH) platn\u00e9 na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Spot\u0159ebitel, kter\u00fd je pl\u00e1tce DPH ze zem\u00ed EU, po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho o \u00fapravu ceny individu\u00e1ln\u011b v objedn\u00e1vce nebo emailem. Cena uveden\u00e1 v nab\u00eddce z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v platnosti po dobu uvedenou na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho nebo potvrzen\u00edm vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed objedn\u00e1vky (s uveden\u00edm term\u00ednu doru\u010den\u00ed). Celkovou cenu tvo\u0159\u00ed cena v\u00fdrobk\u016f, slu\u017eeb, bankovn\u00ed poplatky a cena dopravy uveden\u00e1 na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho.
\nCenu dle kupn\u00ed smlouvy lze uhradit: bankovn\u00edm p\u0159evodem, syst\u00e9mem PayPal, na dob\u00edrku nebo hotov\u011b v s\u00eddle spole\u010dnosti.
\nDa\u0148ov\u00fd doklad je kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu vystaven po uhrazen\u00ed kupn\u00ed ceny.
\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1lohov\u00e9 platby je zbo\u017e\u00ed odesl\u00e1no po p\u0159ijet\u00ed platby od kupuj\u00edc\u00edho. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b platby p\u0159i doru\u010den\u00ed (dob\u00edrkou) je zbo\u017e\u00ed odesl\u00e1no nejpozd\u011bji druh\u00fd pracovn\u00ed den po potvrzen\u00ed (akceptaci) objedn\u00e1vky. U zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo slu\u017eeb zhotoven\u00fdch na zak\u00e1zku je o term\u00ednu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk informov\u00e1n.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed dod\u00e1 objednan\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed spot\u0159ebiteli prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm extern\u00edho dopravce (\u010cesk\u00e1 po\u0161ta, Dachser, Gebr\u00fcder Weiss, PPL, Schenker,\u2026). Doba doru\u010den\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je nejd\u00e9le 2 pracovn\u00ed dny od potvrzen\u00ed (akceptace) objedn\u00e1vky, v zem\u00edch EU p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f. P\u0159i p\u0159evzet\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed od p\u0159epravce je kupuj\u00edc\u00ed povinen zkontrolovat neporu\u0161enost obalu a v\u0161echny z\u00e1vady ozn\u00e1mit p\u0159epravci a fotograficky zdokumentovat. Na pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reklamaci z\u00e1silky nebude br\u00e1n z\u0159etel.
\nDa\u0148ov\u00fd doklad prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zas\u00edl\u00e1 elektronicky emailem. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee elektronicky zaslat n\u00e1vod nebo dal\u0161\u00ed informace k v\u00fdrobku (mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed video,\u2026).
\nProd\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo zru\u0161it objedn\u00e1vku nebo jej\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm kupn\u00ed smlouvy, na z\u00e1klad\u011b dohody s kupuj\u00edc\u00edm, v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech: zbo\u017e\u00ed se ji\u017e nevyr\u00e1b\u00ed nebo nedod\u00e1v\u00e1, v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se zm\u011bnila cena zbo\u017e\u00ed, jde o zbo\u017e\u00ed sez\u00f3nn\u00edho charakteru nebo p\u0159i doru\u010den\u00ed hroz\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed vlivem klimatick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek (mr\u00e1z).<\/p>\n
\nSpot\u0159ebitel m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo od smlouvy odstoupit bez uveden\u00ed d\u016fvodu a bez jak\u00e9koliv sankce. Odstoupen\u00ed od kupn\u00ed smlouvy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu prokazateln\u011b doru\u010deno do \u010dtrn\u00e1cti (14) dn\u016f od p\u0159evzet\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed, a to na adresu firmy nebo elektronicky<\/a> emailem. Zbo\u017e\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu vr\u00e1ceno do 2 pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f od odesl\u00e1n\u00ed odstoupen\u00ed od smlouvy prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu. Spot\u0159ebitel vr\u00e1t\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed na adresu prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho nepo\u0161kozen\u00e9 a bez zn\u00e1mek pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed (neopot\u0159eben\u00e9), nejl\u00e9pe v p\u016fvodn\u00edm obalu. Postup vr\u00e1cen\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed lze s prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159edem dojednat emailem. Spolu s vr\u00e1cen\u00fdm zbo\u017e\u00edm kupuj\u00edc\u00ed za\u0161le kopii dokladu o p\u0159evzet\u00ed, da\u0148ov\u00fd doklad nebo objedn\u00e1vku a \u00fadaje pro vr\u00e1cen\u00ed platby \u2013 bankovn\u00ed spojen\u00ed. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 10 dn\u016f na vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odstoupen\u00ed od smlouvy.
\nOdstoup\u00ed-li kupuj\u00edc\u00ed od kupn\u00ed smlouvy, nese kupuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s navr\u00e1cen\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu.
\nPokud je vr\u00e1cen\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed po\u0161kozeno, opot\u0159ebeno \u010di \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b spot\u0159ebov\u00e1no, vznik\u00e1 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu v\u016f\u010di kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu \u0161kody. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161kodu zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 proti n\u00e1roku kupuj\u00edc\u00edho na vr\u00e1cen\u00ed kupn\u00ed ceny.<\/p>\n
\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b reklamace zbo\u017e\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed kontaktuje prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho a dojedn\u00e1 s n\u00edm postup vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed reklamace. Reklamace se vy\u0159izuj\u00ed na adrese prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho nebo p\u0159\u00edmo u v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n

\nTyto obchodn\u00ed podm\u00ednky plat\u00ed ve zn\u011bn\u00ed uveden\u00e9m na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho, v den uzav\u0159en\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sporu je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed \u010desk\u00e1 jazykov\u00e1 verze obchodn\u00edch podm\u00ednek. Spory jsou \u0159e\u0161eny na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, v \u010desk\u00e9m jazyce\u00a0podle \u010desk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n
